The house was built a few years ago.  It is furnished to a very high standard.  The accomodation consists of the following:
 
Ground Floor:  Entrance hall; lounge; kitchen/dining room; w.c..
First Floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite; 2 twin bedrooms (all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes); family bathroom.
 
There is parking for two cars to the front of the house.  The south facing back garden has decking and a patio, furnished with a table, chairs and sun-loungers.  There is a shed containing garden games.

Nearest Bar/Pub:  Roy Bridge - 2 mins
Nearest Restaurant:  Roy Bridge - 2 mins
Location Type:  Fishing nearby, golfing, horse riding, quiet rural village.  Outdoor pursuits such as quadbiking are 5 miles away.
Kitchen: Modern with oven, hob, hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer dryer, iron.
General:  Central heating with bed linen and towels provided.
Dining:  Seating for 6.  The dining room has french doors to the garden, allowing you to eat while enjoying the view.
Entertainment:  Satellite TV, surround sound DVD in lounge, board games.  TV with DVD in all bedrooms.  PS2 with games.
Outside:  Garden with barbeque and furniture.
Children are welcome.
One well behaved pet allowed.

Local activities in and around Roy Bridge, near Fort William
 
Around the village there are beautiful glens and lochs to explore.  A few miles away you can take the cable car up 2000 feet to Anoch Mor.  Stunning views in Summer, skiing in Winter.  Fort William is 12 miles away.  It has a good range of shops, banks, restaurants, hotels, swimming pool, cinema, ten-pin bowling, go-karting, 18 hole golf course, water sports and cruises.  Every day offers the opportunity to go in a different direction - ferries to Skye or Mull, Highland Wildlife Park in Kingussie, cruise Loch Ness or visit some distilleries.  You can fish, go pony-trekking, quad biking, golfing, mountain biking or walk to the top of Ben Nevis.  The list is endless!
 
How to get there
 
Travelling from Spean Bridge, on the A86, turn right 50 yards before the Stronlossit Inn.  This is Bunroy Terrace.  Drive to the end and turn left into "The Sidings".  The house is the fourth one.
